What You Should Know: Created circa 2011, a piece unique example of Ulysse Nardin’s groundbreaking Freak Diavolo, the present watch is one of the very few unique creations ever made within the Freak family. Crafted in platinum with striking orange accents, it features the collection’s signature tourbillon-equipped carousel movement, where the movement itself rotates to indicate the time without traditional hands. The bezel-locking lip is engraved “1/1” and accompanied by a unique piece plaque on the caseband, confirming its status as a one-off creation. First introduced in 2001, the Freak was a landmark in contemporary watchmaking, challenging conventional movement architecture and becoming one of the most influential modern mechanical watches. Offered in excellent condition by its original owner, this exceptional example represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the few truly unique Freak creations.
