What You Should Know: The present watch pairs a blackened zirconium dial with sculpted white gold hands, each polished and finished by hand. This configuration was produced in just 18 examples, as part of the 36-piece J.N. Shapiro Infinity Series Pure. Measuring 37mm, it is the smallest watch produced by Shapiro and marks a return to the design language of his original Infinity Series, most notably through his signature “Infinity Weave” guilloché—a basket weave within a basket weave—alongside engraved and blackened numerals and tracks. Powered by the manually wound La Joux-Perret F200, the Pure places the emphasis firmly on the dial-making and traditional engine-turning that first established Shapiro’s reputation among collectors.
