Lot Details
What You Should Know: A remarkably restrained interpretation of the perpetual calendar, this H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Perpetual Calendar is cased in palladium, a precious metal seldom used in watchmaking, giving the 41mm case a distinctive grey lustre. Its mechanical complexity is similarly understated, with the date displayed through a large aperture at 3 o’clock and the month indicated by a discreet central arrow. Powered by Moser’s manually wound HMC 341 with a seven-day power reserve, this 2014 example combines an ingenious approach to the perpetual calendar with one of the more unusual case metals found in modern watchmaking.
