A true pièce unique, this Dennison + Collectability prototype features a striking lapis lazuli dial framed by a diamond-set bezel, inspired by the bold elegance of 1960s and 70s design. The only example ever made, it is being offered by Collectability’s Founder, John Reardon, to benefit charity. In Their Own Words: "When we set out to explore the two-tone dial design concepts for the Dennison + Collectability watch, we went through a series of prototypes, each with its own character. Our favorite from the start was the lapis lazuli version — a material I had never worn before except on a beloved Patek Philippe vintage watch I wore years ago. Adding diamonds to the bezel felt like an elegant and retro flourish, something that could work beautifully for either a man or a woman. In the end, though, we chose to release the non-diamond version with a sunray two tone dial so more collectors could have the opportunity to acquire one. But the true masterpiece of this journey is this one-off lapis lazuli dial version with a diamond bezel — the full expression of the beloved 1960s and 70s designs I admire so much. As a prototype, only one will ever be made in this configuration. It’s my personal piece and I enjoyed the process of its design as much as I enjoyed wearing it, but I want its story to go further than me.
