What You Should Know: Only 16 NH55 Timascus watches were made, and every single example is completely unique. This is the final piece delivered — No. 16 of 16 — giving it added significance within the series. Nicholas Hacko is the first and only watchmaker to use Timascus, creating colors and patterns impossible to replicate exactly. As one of the very few independent watchmakers based in Australia — and one of the furthest from Geneva’s traditional watchmaking world — Hacko brings a genuinely different perspective to haute horlogerie. No two examples look the same, making each watch closer to a wearable piece of art than a traditional limited edition. IN THEIR OWN WORDS: "The defining feature of the NH55 is its Timascus movement, to the best of our knowledge, the only movement of its kind ever produced. Beyond its visual complexity, the movement is built around a Grade 5 titanium mainplate manufactured to micron-level tolerances, a significant technical challenge in traditional watchmaking. The watch is housed in a lightweight Grade 5 titanium case and features individually applied Grade 5 titanium indices, a guilloché Timascus dial, and our signature hand-finished feathered hands and numerals, a hallmark of Nicholas Hacko Watchmaker. Serial number 16-141 is the final watch of the NH55 series.
