What You Should Know: This is the Prototype N.00 of the model Facing The Sky 2.0 The approach to and production of this timepiece is artisanal in every way Qian GuoBiao makes only 12 examples of this model per year It features a flying balance wheel and off-center dial, recalling some of the most iconic watches from other independent watchmakers The case measures 39mm and is extremely wearable It is being offered in perfect condition and as a full set from the original owner IN THEIR OWN WORDS: "Facing the Sky 2.0 #00 marks the refined evolution of a concept I first explored nearly a decade ago. This very first piece in the limited series of 12 features my in-house AB-02 caliber with its striking flying balance wheel proudly displayed on the dial side — a mechanical heartbeat openly facing the sky. It embodies the three signature elements of my DNA: the delicate bird click, the multi layers blade bridge, and the distinctive arrow-shaped bridge, all beautifully hand-finished by myself. Housed in a compact 39mm stainless steel case, this watch represents the essence of my philosophy — blending bold architectural innovation with traditional Chinese watchmaking restraint and meticulous finishing.
